Your contribution deserves
a clear record.
Clear records, defined protection periods and agreed commercial terms form the basis of our partnership.
At least six calendar months
Each accepted introduction receives a protection period of at least six calendar months. Your record shows the exact dates. Protection follows the named person, rather than the whole organisation.
A documented review of conflicts
Ztrade reviews possible duplicates and disputed introductions. A record marked “Under review” does not yet confirm protection. Different people at the same company may have different introducing partners.
Every extension needs approval
Request an extension before protection expires. Ztrade must approve it before the end date. An open deal or a pending request does not renew protection automatically. After expiry, the person may be reintroduced, subject to review.
Commercial terms in writing
Your role and any remuneration are governed by the signed partner agreement and applicable written transaction terms. Registering a contact or opportunity does not itself agree a commission.
A room for your relationship
Each deal room belongs to one opportunity and its introducing partner. You see material shared with you by Ztrade. Another partner’s involvement with the same company does not give them access to your room.
Keep the relationship current. Register the introduction, check its status and dates, and raise any correction, dispute or extension request early. Ztrade records the decision. Your signed agreements and applicable written transaction terms govern the relationship.
