Ztrade works for one side of a transaction, normally the seller, under a written agreement. We develop the relationship, prepare the counterparty file and coordinate the steps from first contact to an executed contract.

We agree our role before any introduction is made. Due diligence, onboarding and financing discussions can run alongside the commercial negotiation.

What we do
Five services, each within a written scope. From the first discussion to an executed contract, our involvement is shaped around the client and the transaction.
One point of contact, a complete and consistent document file, and follow-up on every open item until the transaction closes or is stopped.
Explore our roleDefine the transaction, approach the counterparties, keep the dialogue going.
Check the client’s own counterparty file before anyone else sees it.
Prepare the client for the counterparty’s onboarding and keep it moving.
Keep information, responsibilities and next steps in one place until contract.
Define the funding need and prepare what a bank will ask for. Financing is external.
Coordinated workstreams
Due diligence, onboarding and financing discussions can run alongside the commercial negotiation.
Check completeness and consistency and resolve gaps before submission.
Track outstanding requests until the onboarding decision is made.
Coordinate the dialogue and follow-up with potential providers.
Specialist opinions and acceptance decisions remain with the counterparty, its advisers and any finance provider. Financing is provided only by external parties, subject to their own assessment, terms and approval.

Physical markets
Our clients are established suppliers and producers’ resellers who need an organised counterparty in front of trading houses, refiners and large end users. We also support buyers who need a transaction prepared and followed through.
About the companyHow we are paid
Ztrade is compensated by the party it represents, under a written agreement, as a fee per completed transaction. The counterparty pays nothing to Ztrade. Where the fee is shared with a partner company, this is done under a written fee-sharing agreement and is disclosed to the counterparty’s compliance function on request.
Ztrade does not trade for its own account, does not take title to cargo and does not finance transactions. Financing, where needed, is provided only by external parties on their own terms.
How we workFor our commercial partners
Bring the right people to the table. Our partner workspace records your introductions, keeps responsibilities clear and brings each opportunity into one place.
Register each named contact and follow the recorded protection period. Eligible introductions receive at least six calendar months; Ztrade approves every extension.
Your role, contribution and any fee sharing are agreed in writing. The opportunity record keeps next steps visible; the signed agreement governs remuneration.
Your deal room is shared with you and Ztrade. Another partner does not gain room access because they know someone at the same organisation. Ztrade reviews documents before sharing them.
Protection relates to the named person, not the entire organisation. Possible duplicate introductions are reviewed. Registering a contact does not itself agree a commission or guarantee a transaction.
Tell us about the support you need, or introduce a potential commercial partnership.
