Jimmy Karlsson founded Ztrading Ltd in 2024 and is its beneficial owner. He is a Swedish entrepreneur based in Vaggeryd and the founder of the Zwealth group of companies. He is Ztrade’s point of contact for every engagement.

On transactions where it adds capacity or market access, Ztrade works with a partner company under a written agreement. The partner is named to the counterparty, and any fee-sharing is disclosed to its compliance function on request. We do not publish partner or counterparty names.
