From first contact to engagement
A short initial enquiry starts the conversation. The work begins once the relevant checks and written agreement are in place.
Introduce your company, your role and the support or collaboration you have in mind.
We discuss the requirement, our potential role and the information needed to proceed.
We define the work, responsibilities, communication arrangements and commercial terms in writing.
Once the scope and terms are agreed, authorised representatives receive a personal DocuSign invitation.
We confirm the point of contact, outstanding information and the first agreed actions.
Before sharing the detail
We can agree an NDA or NCNDA before exchanging confidential information or protected introductions. The engagement agreement separately records the work and commercial terms.
The initial form asks for business contact information and a short overview. Detailed company documents follow through a channel agreed with your Ztrade contact.
Ztrade can coordinate a financing requirement and the dialogue with providers. Any funding is provided by external parties, subject to their own assessment, terms and approval.
Your company, your role and a short description of the requirement. If known, you can indicate the product and transaction stage. Please leave out identification documents, banking details and confidential counterparty information.
The form is a request for a discussion. We review it with you and agree the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms before the authorised representatives sign an engagement agreement.
Signing follows the initial review and agreement on terms. The authorised representatives receive a personal DocuSign invitation for the prepared document; there is no general agreement to accept at the enquiry stage.
Client fees are set out in the written engagement. A commercial partner's responsibilities and any fee sharing are addressed in a separate agreement for that collaboration.
